Cost:

• Non-Competitive 2 Days - $100 monthly

Fleet Registration Fee:

• $150 annually & $100 facility fee annually

USA Swimming Registration

• $30 (12 & Under)
• $100 (13 & Over)

Swimmers in the non-competitive group are interested in improving technique and skills, as well as improving fitness, but not competing in club swim meets. The focus of this group is learning to improve streamlines, turns, technique for all four strokes and building upon the fundamental swimming skills swimmers have previously learned. They are also introduced to interval training with a pace clock through swim and kick sets. Swimmers must be legal in 3 strokes with knowledge of the fourth stroke.

• No volunteer requirements for parents.

• Athletes are encouraged to participate in Summer League and/or their middle school or high school swimming programs.

• Practices are one hour and attention to proper stroke details are emphasized with endurance training and a little bit of FUN thrown in!

Home School Swimming - Begins Monday, August 17th

Home School Swimming  will focus on strokes, turns, and training for competitive swimming. This is not a learn to swim program. All swimmers will be registered with USA Swimming on a flex or premium membership which allows them to compete in USA Swimming’s pilot ‘Block Parties’ where they can earn official USA Swimming times. Further details will be forthcoming. They will not participate in traditional swim meets that are available to our competitive swimmers. If they love swimming and want to compete more, they will be moved into our evening competition groups.

No volunteer requirements for parents.

All participants will receive 3 team shirts and 1 team swim cap

*USA Swimming Flex Membership ($30) is currently only available to swimmers ages 12 & Under. All 13 & Over swimmers must have the Premium Membership ($100). All participants must have a membership with USA Swimming for insurance purposes.
